Pack light, comfortable clothing for daily practice, a shawl for early morning meditation, a notebook, reusable water bottle, personal medicines and simple footwear.

Rishikesh weather changes by season, so students should confirm current conditions before arrival. Modest clothing is recommended for temple visits, satsang and shared residential spaces.

Most students also bring a small personal first-aid kit, basic toiletries and copies of identity documents. The admissions team can help with any course-specific requirements after booking.
