Cancellation & Refund Policy
Understand the terms before you book your seat.

This policy applies to all bookings made directly with Om Yoga International for teacher training programmes, specialty courses and retreats. Please read this carefully before submitting your deposit.
1. Seat Deposit
The seat deposit of $100 USD (approximately ₹10,000) is required to confirm your place in a batch. The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. It may be transferred to a future batch (subject to availability) if cancellation is notified at least 30 days before the course start date.
2. Full Fee — Cancellation Timeline

The deposit is excluded from the above calculation and is non-refundable in all cases.
3. Batch Transfer
If you need to change your batch date, one transfer is permitted at no charge provided the request is made at least 30 days before your original start date and subject to availability. A second transfer incurs an administration fee of $50 USD. Transfers requested with less than 30 days notice are treated as cancellations under the timeline above.
4. Early Departure
No refund is available for early departure from a programme once training has commenced, regardless of reason. Partial attendance does not entitle the student to a proportional refund or credit.
5. Visa or Travel Issues
Om Yoga International is not responsible for visa refusals, flight cancellations, natural disasters, or any other travel impediment. These circumstances do not entitle students to a refund outside the standard cancellation timeline above. Students are strongly advised to hold travel insurance that covers course cancellation.
6. Om Yoga International Cancellation
In the rare event that Om Yoga International cancels a batch (due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolment or force majeure), enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid including the deposit, or may transfer to an alternative batch at no charge. Om Yoga International is not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by students as a result of programme cancellation.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. International bank transfer fees are deducted from the refund amount. Razorpay payment gateway fees (approx. 2%) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from refunds on online payments.

The date of the written request determines which refund tier applies. Verbal requests are not accepted.
