  • Enrolment & booking — name, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, passport number, emergency contact, health disclosures and course preferences.
  • Payment — payment is processed via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or full payment details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Website usage — IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site via standard server logs. We do not use tracking cookies beyond those technically necessary for the site to function.
  • WhatsApp & email communication — any personal data you share in messages to our admissions team.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to enquiries and process enrolment applications
  • To confirm bookings, send course information and pre-arrival guidance
  • To process payments and issue receipts via Razorpay
  • To facilitate Yoga Alliance registration for graduates
  • To send course updates, schedule changes and relevant school communications
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Enrolment and certification records are retained for a minimum of seven years for academic and accreditation purposes. Contact and enquiry data is retained for up to two years. You may request deletion of your data at any time subject to legal and accreditation obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Razorpay — payment processing (India). Subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy.
  • Calendly — booking discovery calls. Subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — admissions communication. Subject to Meta's privacy policy.
  • Yoga Alliance — graduate registration. Subject to Yoga Alliance's own privacy policy.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
