Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh
Restore · Reconnect · Return — 7 and 14-day all-inclusive residential immersions in Tapovan, Rishikesh
A genuine reset — not a holiday package.
Om Yoga International's retreats are residential immersions guided by the same experienced faculty who teach the full teacher training programmes. Every day follows a structured rhythm — morning pranayama, asana, meditation, sattvic meals, Ayurveda guidance and evening satsang. The schedule is not a spa timetable. It is a real introduction to how yoga is lived.
Both retreats are fully all-inclusive — accommodation, all meals, daily classes and personal Ayurveda consultation. No hidden extras. 7-day retreat from ₹30,000 (~$359 USD). 14-day immersion from ₹55,000 (~$649 USD).
Two durations — same depth of experience.
14-Day Yoga & Ayurveda Immersion
9 Days Yoga Retreat
What both retreats cover — no extras to budget for.
Daily yoga & pranayama
Morning Hatha yoga with alignment guidance, plus pranayama and breathwork every day. Taught by experienced E-RYT faculty in small groups.
Guided meditation
Daily meditation sessions — different techniques each day, from breath awareness and trataka to Yoga Nidra and mantra. Evening satsang and kirtan included.
Ayurveda consultation
A personal consultation with Dr. Anu Antony (BAMS). Understand your constitution, diet and daily routine. Unique to Om Yoga.
Sattvic meals, three times daily
Vegetarian meals prepared in alignment with Ayurvedic principles — breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chai and herbal tea throughout the day.
Accommodation in Tapovan
Shared and private room options on campus in Tapovan, Rishikesh — 15 minutes' walk from the Ganges.
Ganges excursion & satsang
Ganges Aarti ceremony visit included. The 14-day retreat adds a Kunjapuri Temple sunrise excursion.
Structured days. Intentional rest.
The retreat schedule is lighter than the teacher training but follows the same residential rhythm. Afternoons include free time, Ayurveda sessions and optional workshops.
Guided breathwork, mantra and silent sitting
Asana with alignment guidance and corrections
Vegetarian Ayurvedic breakfast and chai
Philosophy talk, Ayurveda session or self-study
Sattvic lunch and afternoon personal time
Personal consultations and optional healing sessions
Restorative or Yin practice and guided body scan
Mantra chanting, evening gathering and sattvic dinner
Evening quiet and personal practice or journalling
Three things no other Rishikesh retreat offers together.
Most Rishikesh retreats offer yoga classes and meals. Om Yoga International adds a clinical Ayurveda consultation, experienced E-RYT faculty and the same residential discipline as the full teacher training — in the same campus, by the same river.
- Dr. Anu Antony (BAMS) — qualified Ayurvedic physician on the retreat faculty
- Optional sound healing session using singing bowls and tuning forks (14-day)
- Faculty from the full TTC — E-RYT 500 teachers, not substitute instructors
- Can upgrade to a full TTC after the retreat — credits and familiarity apply
- Small groups — never more than 12–15 participants at the campus
- Founded in 2010 — 15+ years of residential yoga education in Rishikesh
Many retreat students continue to the full teacher training.
The retreat is often the right first step — experience the campus, the schedule and the teachers before committing to a 30-day immersion. Past retreat participants receive priority batch placement and a fee adjustment when they enrol for the 200-hour TTC.
Led by the same teachers who run the full TTC.

Philosophy & Practical Teacher — E-RYT 500What past students say about the experience.
The teachers gave individual attention every day. I arrived for a certificate and left with a daily practice I can actually continue and share. The small batch made all the difference.
The small batch size made the training personal and thorough. Alignment, pranayama and philosophy were explained with real patience. The daily schedule was demanding but every session felt purposeful.
Rishikesh, the schedule and the teachers created a serious learning environment. The course felt disciplined and warm — exactly what an advanced training should feel like.
