All course students are accommodated at Rishikesh Sadan — a residential campus in Tapovan, a quiet neighbourhood of Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh. Private rooms, twin sharing and triple sharing are available. Sattvic vegetarian meals are served three times daily in the on-campus dining hall.

A guided group session using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and tuning forks. Learn the principles of sound as a healing and teaching tool.

Reiki Healing Session

Introduction to Reiki energy healing — understand the chakra system in practice and experience a guided hands-on Reiki treatment.

Ayurveda Session

A group session with our Ayurvedic physician covering constitution, diet, daily routines and how Ayurveda integrates with yoga practice and teaching.

Acro Yoga Session

Partner-based Acro Yoga — builds trust, communication and core strength. A fun, community-building session guided by a specialist teacher.

Beach Yoga & Ganges Session

Practice yoga on the sandy banks of the Ganges river at sunrise — an experience that connects your practice to the land and the living water of Rishikesh.

Kirtan & Mantra Session

Live kirtan and group mantra chanting with harmonium and tabla. Learn call-and-response chanting you can lead in your own classes and retreats.
