Who can join this retreat?

Our retreat is open to beginners, intermediate, and experienced practitioners. No prior yoga experience is required.

What is included in the retreat package?

Your package includes accommodation, daily yoga, meditation, pranayama, wholesome vegetarian meals, and scheduled wellness activities.

Are Ayurvedic and naturopathy treatments included?

Consultations may be included depending on your package. Additional treatments can be booked during your stay.

What should I bring?
