What makes Om Yoga International different?

We offer much more than a Yoga Teacher Training Course — an approach that blends the authentic spiritual wisdom of yoga with scientific understanding and real teaching skill. Here are seven reasons students choose us.

Why train with us

Why choose this teacher training

Sound has been used for centuries as a tool for meditation, contemplation, relaxation, and spiritual practice.
Singing bowls produce rich tones and overtones that can help create a peaceful environment for meditation and relaxation. Through conscious listening, vibration, breath, and awareness, sound healing practices can support a deeper state of calm and mindfulness.
Our training combines traditional practices with practical teaching methods, helping you understand not only how to play singing bowls, but also how to structure and confidently guide a sound healing session.

Class size

We keep our Yoga TTC batches intentionally small, with only 12–15 students per batch. This allows our teachers to give personal attention, individual corrections, and detailed guidance to every student. With a small group, you get more opportunities for hands-on practice, posture alignment, teaching practice, questions, and one-to-one feedback throughout the course. Small batch. Personal guidance. Better learning.
